Our residential lettings department handles the rent of high-calibre properties from our two strategically placed central London offices in Marylebone and The West End. Between them they cover the sought after locations of Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, Hyde Park, Marylebone, Mayfair, Regents Park and Soho.
Rents start from approximately £250 per week for studio apartments increasing to in excess of £5,000 per week for ambassadorial apartments and substantial private houses.

THE RENTING PROCESS

| Register |
We will take detailed information about the location, type and price range of property that you are looking for.
You can register with us in one of three ways: - Once we have this information we can begin sending you details of properties that match your criteria. |

| Matching properties |
| Once we understand your requirements we will immediately compile a list of all suitable properties currently available. In most instances viewings can be arranged immediately. We will continue to send you property details on a regular basis by email, which will include colour photographs, location maps and aerial views to ensure that you have as much information as possible before deciding to view. |

| Viewings |
| Viewings are by appointment between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays. Where possible we will endeavour to accommodate viewings outside of these hours where individuals are not available to view during normal working hours. |

| Selecting a property |
| Once you have identified a suitable property and supplied us with details of referees, references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance. |

| Tenancy agreement |
| Once your suitability as a tenant has been confirmed by the landlord we will draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties. |

| Inventory |
| An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be drawn up by an independent inventory clerk and will be supplied to both landlord and tenant. |

| Rent and deposit |
| An advance rental payment is required prior to the commencement of the tenancy. A rental deposit is also required from the tenant. This will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check-out report. |

| Keys are now handed over and you can move in to your new property. |
